Once complete, you'll receive a "pre-approval letter" that proves that you're a serious homebuyer.

    Behind the scenes, our in-house underwriting team will complete their accessment of your application and decide whether or not to approve your loan. We have a streamlined method that makes this process as quick and simple as possible. Once the loan is approved and cleared to close, the paperwork will be finalized and the funds will be disbursed. You, the brand new homeowner, will then need to review the final loan documents and sign them. After that, you will be on your way to the next major step: moving in!
